• Following our investigation and recommendation's the Council has held a learning meeting [about the complaint]... and [has] disseminated the learning across the [children's services department] This should ensure relevant officers are aware of the Council's duties to homeless 16 & 17 year olds and how to work with neighbouring councils where legal responsibilities are unclear.
