Data Quality Analyst (23 month Fixed Term Contract, 21 hours per week)

Salary Scale

Coventry Office: £18,847 to £21,099 per annum (for 21 hours per week)

The LGO wants to appoint a Data Quality Analyst to be based at our Coventry office.

The Role

The Policy and Research Team is part of the Local Government Ombudsman’s Policy and Communications Team.

Working as one of two Data Quality Analysts the post holder will work collaboratively with the second Data Quality Analyst to be responsible for the organisation’s data integrity; assuring the accuracy and consistency of data held on the casework management system, and other systems as required, over its entire life-cycle. The post holders have sole responsibility within the organisation for how the casework management system stores, processes, and retrieves data.

Qualifications

Higher academic or professional qualification in a relevant discipline (eg IT, Computer Science, Computer Studies).
