Complaint outcomes
This section includes all the investigation reports published since 1 April 2005. They are organised by subject. To browse through summaries of the latest reports on a particular subject, choose one of the options in the menu on the left. You can also download the full report.
If you require a report that was published before 1 April 2005 please ring 020 7217 4734 or use the publications order form. A few frequently-requested older reports are also available to download in the housing, planning, adult social care, education, benefits & tax, and transport & highways sections.
Using the search
To search for a particular report use the search facility below. You can search for reports:
- against a particular body (enter the name in the 'authority name' box). You need to enter the name in full or use the wildcard * (eg Essex* to search on Essex County Council)
- on a particular type of authority by selecting from the drop down list - for example just searching for reports against county councils (but see note below)
- from a particular period (enter a date range using the date boxes) (but see note below), and/or
- on a particular topic (enter any term in the 'keyword' box).
NOTE: If searching using 'authority type' field or the 'date' fields, you must put in a 'keyword' as well, or you will not get any results.
